1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, customized, or used in matches/training are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item shipped.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz)

4. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or model:

  • Follow the same return process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos as proof

  • We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used bats, balls, and gloves

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Custom orders or special team kits
